I loved this paddle, but it's been hard to control. I hope to get used to it.
I have had many different paddles over the years and this is by far my favorite paddle. The wide body lemon drop is especially good for me because I am a table tennis player and it simulates the table tennis paddle. I like it so much I actually have three lemon drops of the white body. Even though there were a couple of glitches with shipping and returns of the other paddles, you always made it right which is a feather in your calf for the company. Thank you for the great service. I have already let people use the paddle and they love it.

I love both of my CPX Hyper+. I loved my first one, which I got as a pre-order, that I just had to have the Lemon Drop! I just love how the Hyper+ has upped my game and I love the POP! Two disappointments though: 1) I use a ball picker-upper(bad back) and so I can't use the gorgeous covers. I could...if the zipper ran the other way! consider that in future. 2) I had wanted to get the lemon drop in a different shape to see the difference and I didn;t realize my first Hyper+ was elongated (it didn't seem like it was) or I would have ordered the widebody.
Wow the lemon has dropped! What a great experience unwrapping it. Hitting the courts to try it out. The grit is tempting me to file my nails with it. Off to the courts to try it out! Lets get some spin and make lemonade! Paddles up!
I have used this Lemon Drop two different times and I love the feel of the paddle. I don't have to hit the ball as hard as it pretty much bounces off the paddle, but I need to focus more on my control. I let a fellow pickleball player use my paddle and she noticed the same power with the paddle as her hits were going out too. I will love using this paddle and getting my game under control.

Played with my new 🍋 a handful of times since it arrived last week. Lots of power and lots of grit. I have to be very careful at the kitchen to maintain control and I am definitely swinging about 70% of my last paddle to keep shots in. BUT it’s all good, figured it out in about 5 hours and my arm is better off for it. Also, best grit I’ve ever played with. I’ve had 2 drop slices return back over the net and my forehand slice and topspin lobs are just next level versus a week ago. And finally, the people where I play call it the “evil paddle” because of the deep thud sound it makes on big hits and, absolutely love the yellow leather case.
I have 3 different Hypers now and the Lemon Drop Widebody is a great weapon at the net.

The Lemon Drop Wide post was the perfect addition to my Red 16mm and Green 14mm. Each paddle performs a little different but all of them are game changers. I recommend all three to improve your game.
As a beginner in pickleball, I can honestly say that playing with my Lemon Drop CPX has been such a great experience! 💛 I love how it feels in my hands and how much fun it is to play with. I’m still learning, improving my shots, and trying to stop missing those balls 😂, but this paddle makes me even more excited to keep getting better! Too bad my pickleball journey has been put on pause because of my calf muscle tear. 🥹💔 For now, my Lemon Drop has to wait patiently until I’m healed, stronger, and ready to chase those balls again.

Before you pre-order
Is this the same paddle as the regular Hyper+?
Yes. Identical core, face, edge system and weight. The Lemon Drop is a limited colorway of the Hyper+ with graphics and a case you cannot get on any other run. If you already know how the Hyper+ plays, you know how this plays.
How limited is limited?
One production run of 1,000 paddles across both shapes, each with its matching leather case. It is a limited run, and once this allocation is claimed the run is complete.
Should I get the Elongated or the Widebody?
Same HYPERFOAM X Core in both, same 16mm thickness. The Elongated is the original Hyper+ shape, longer face and 140mm handle, so it gives you more reach, more leverage on drives and the best fit for a two-handed backhand. The Widebody puts a wider face in front of your hand, which makes it quicker to square up in fast exchanges and the more forgiving of the two on off-center blocks.
When will my pre-order ship?
Both shapes ship in an estimated 2 to 3 weeks. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received and ship from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois with free priority shipping. You will get tracking the moment it leaves.
Why does the Lemon Drop cost more than the regular Hyper+ pre-order?
Because it is a limited run with its own leather case. The standard pre-order is our volume paddle. The Lemon Drop is one production run in one colorway with a case made for this release, and the run is capped at 1,000. If you just want the paddle and the colorway does not matter to you, the regular Hyper+ pre-order is the better buy and we will say that plainly.
