01 Something happens to the paddle
A chip, a crack, a dead spot, a dog. It does not matter what. If the paddle is not right, it qualifies.
02 You send us a photo
Email a picture of the damage and your order number. No forms, no return label, no waiting for us to receive the old one.
03 A new one ships from Chicago
Same model, or the closest current equivalent if yours has been retired. The replacement is covered too.

Before you buy
Does it have to be bought with the paddle?
No. You can add it to a paddle you already own. Include the original order number when you check out, or contact us after and we will attach it.
What does any reason actually mean?
Wear, damage, accidents, a face that went dead, an edge that chipped, a core that cracked. If the paddle is no longer right, send a photo and we replace it. The only thing it does not cover is a paddle you no longer have.
Is there a limit on replacements?
No. The warranty follows the paddle and every replacement of it, for as long as you own it.
Do I have to send the old paddle back?
No. A photo is enough. Keep it, bin it, hang it on the wall.
What if my model is discontinued?
We replace it with the closest current equivalent in the lineup.
Is it the same as the Black Label warranty?
Black Label members get lifetime warranty on every CPX paddle they own as part of the membership, plus a new paddle every year and 40% off the store. This is the standalone version for one paddle at a time.
