Two months in and I’m still loving this paddle. Upgraded from the CPX Max (which I’d used for 5 months and really liked) to the Freedom Ultra during Prime Day, and it’s been a great switch. Looks sick too — feels like showing off just taking it out of the bag. Dinking and down-the-line shots feel locked in. It’s a bit bottom-heavy compared to the Max, but that’s exactly where the control comes from. Spin is insane. Highly recommend.
Played a few times and love this paddle, lots of pop, power and spin without losing control at the net.
I just love the paddle!! I did not really like having to participate in your new DHL deliveries because You took my duty charge and then they also wanted the duty charge. So it was kind of stressful wondering whether your company was going to reimburse me but thankfully you reimbursed me immediately so thank you. Coming from a Joola Agassi Heat Vision to this paddle. Serving is my one superpower as I’m still developing strategy and control. Mercy, what a difference this paddle has made in just one outing. I needed to replace my Engage Pursuit EX 60 paddle, which was about 7 years old and definitely showing signs of wear. I decided to take a chance on the CPX Mystery Pickleball Paddle DEMO UNIT/REFURBISHED deal. I expected a slightly used entry-level paddle, but what I received was more than I expected. Instead, I received the Ultra Red, White, and Blue Freedom paddle. It came with the cover and still had the wrapper on the handle. In my opinion, it is a well-made paddle. Bought 2 mystery racquets and got the AIR and PRO, both beautiful, high quality, and plays better than what I had. Wife is happy with the lightness and maneuverability of the Air, and I am liking the cosmetics of the Pro and the power and control it possesses. Very happy, will buy again in the future when ready to upgrade

This is my second mystery box paddle. The first was the Air, and now the Ultra. Two completely different paddles with different feels. I have smaller hands and prefer the grip on the Ultra. Ultra is also longer and helping me with my reach while playing. Definitely am liking to play more with this one.

It's a very good racket. You have to learn to control it because it gives a lot of effect to the ball but not a lot of strength. Already after you learn to control your strength and the effects, you will love it.

I'm very happy with the resolution, and they make great paddles. I was so happy with the first paddle after receiving it I immediately ordered the second paddle.
